Good communication skills (Both Written and Oral)

Well versed with mail correspondence

Should have good knowledge of MS office especially Excel.

Should know advance excel formulae like V-lookup, H-lookup, Filters, count, count if, if, Pivot, match etc.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Co-ordinate with various teams for data collation.

Prepare and present reports on system performance, problems, and solutions.

Coordinate with various departments to gather system requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team.
