Job Description

  • Training Program Development:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curriculum for the MERN stack.
  • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in web development to ensure training programs are current and relevant.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct training sessions (in-person and online) for individuals and groups at various skill levels.
  • Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
  • Assessment and Evaluation:
  • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
  • Subject Matter Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in MERN stack development, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
  • Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to enhance training programs.
  • Assist in the development of certification programs and continuing education opportunities.
