Job Description: Medical Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are passionate about sales and eager to develop a career in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and ensuring the growth and visibility of our product line.

• Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical or healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.

• Cover the assigned territory and plan regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote product awareness.

• Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the company within the designated territory.

• Monitor product sales performance and report progress regularly to the manager.

• Educate healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of products and answer technical queries related to the product.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, product orders, and client interactions.

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

• Bachelor's degree (In Pharma or related field is an added advantage).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical/medical industry.

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Two Wheeler.
