Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and achievement of business goals.
- Present and promote Mediawire's products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results and share best practices.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company to boost brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
