CADD CENTRE jobs - Mechanical Trainer

Immediate requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, ANSYS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
• A passion for education and a commitment to inspiring future mechanical engineers.
• Identify and assess learner needs, and create effective learning options to meet those needs
• Provide support in planning, designing and developing training materials and assessment instruments in line with awarding body requirements
• Deliver training using a variety of training aids and appropriate resources to suit learner needs
• Ensure effective content coverage by analyzing outcomes of the program and work placements
• Assess learning in a range of contexts, and provide feedback to students on their progress
• Maintain records of students’ progress, and provide guidance to students in maintaining records of training activities and portfolios.
• Participate actively in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning programs and assessments as well as one’s own practice
