Responsibilities:-
Responsible for the engineering of main frame constructions and structures, in building service mechanisms, system enclosures and system-to-fab interfaces
Test and evaluate theoretical designs.
Good working knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals, DFMEA, ECN, GD&T, drawing for production, tolerance analysis, Engineering Calculations and other product development-associated techniques and tools
Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling and installing components.
Experienced in Design and development
Expected to maintain a close, working partnership with other functional departments
Their primary duties include creating new products and designs, revising existing products, and providing installation support by writing technical operation documentation.
Develop Engineering Drawings for Power and Lighting Layouts o Review shop drawings.
Field Inspection. o Autocad familiarity or proficiency.
Familiarity with Municipal and/or water/wastewater market preferred, but not required.
EIT is preferred, however, willingness to undertake the PE track will be acceptable
Good knowledge of different manufacturing processes and material selection of plastic, Sheetmetal and casting
Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a bonus
Conduct experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results.
Experience in Electromechanical Product Design

Produce outline designs.
