Listing Management:

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and sales.
• Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.

Marketplace Operations:

• Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle order processing, returns, and refunds efficiently.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely product delivery.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze sales data, customer reviews, and other performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve overall account health.

Dashboard Management:

• Utilize Amazon Seller Central tools to track performance, create reports, and resolve any account-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s algorithm changes and marketplace updates.

Customer Engagement:

• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a high feedback score.

Cross-Marketplace Expansion (Bonus):

• Manage listings and operations on other marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Walmart, Flipkart, etc.) if applicable.
• Research and recommend strategies for expanding to new marketplaces.

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts is mandatory.
• Experience with other marketplaces is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficient in using Amazon’s tools, including Seller Central, PPC, and other dashboard functionalities.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Technical Knowledge:

• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research for marketplaces.
