The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth for agri-based products/services. This role requires a strong understanding of the agricultural industry, a data-driven approach, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns:
* Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital marketing (social media, search engine marketing, email marketing),traditional marketing (print, radio, outdoor),and events (trade shows, farmer meetings).
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Brand management:
* Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
* Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews.
Content marketing:
* Create and curate high-quality content (blog posts, articles, videos, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences (farmers, distributors, retailers).
