Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. The Marketing Executive will support day-to-day marketing operations, analyze market trends, and help coordinate promotional activities across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, create posts, and engage with followers to enhance brand presence.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- SEO and SEM: Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and assist with search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Branding: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports to the marketing team and management.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, webinars, or trade shows.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work with other departments (sales, product, customer service) to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, handling communications, and organizing meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 0–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems).
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Creative Skills: Ability to create compelling written content and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: A collaborative approach and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp).
