Job Summary:
We
are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Executive to
join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the
marketing and sales strategies for our software products. You will work closely
with our marketing and sales teams to generate leads, nurture relationships,
and close deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Develop and execute
effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new
business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling,
networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct product
demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the
benefits and value of our software solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales
process, from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations
and follow-up.
- Marketing:
- Collaborate with the
marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive
brand awareness and generate leads.
- Utilize digital marketing
tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to
reach target audiences.
- Analyze market trends and
competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies
accordingly.
- Develop marketing
collateral such as brochures, case studies, and presentations that
effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Customer Relationship
Management:
- Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and
repeat business.
- Provide exceptional
customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Gather customer feedback and
insights to help improve our products and services.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales
performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales cycle length,
and revenue growth.
- Analyze campaign
effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing
efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and
presentations for management on sales progress and marketing initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and
marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of
digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work
independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
