Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

•    4+ years’ experience working with Hexagon (Infor) EAM, Kneat GX, Meridian

•    4+years’ experience working with web configuration files, SQL queries/statements

•    2+ years’ experience working in HP ALM, ServiceNOW

•    Experience working various database management systems (i.e. oracle, sql server, etc.)

•    Experience working in a Life Sciences regulated environment and strong command of software validation and GxP processes.

•    Ability to work independently as well collaborate within a team.

•    Engage with business stakeholder groups in eliciting and refining business requirements. Documenting the same in the required templates.

•    Solutioning Application Enhancement to meet business needs

o    Technical Configuration, Patch Installations, Application Testing

•    Creating SDLC documentation to support the business needs.

•    Create/Execute test scripts in ALM to validate the solutions.

•    Cross functional collaboration to support development of technical solutions

o    i.e. OIC, Fusion, Informatica 

•    Ensure IT Compliance for GxP applications and services 

o    Support and Quality Guidelines; including Validation and Change Control
