Position: Manager - Client Relations and Team Coordination
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients and our in-house team to ensure timely completion of projects. The Manager will play a key role in managing client relations, facilitating smooth communication, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Understand client needs and ensure their requirements are met.
Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
Address and resolve any client concerns promptly.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with in-house teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients.
Client Relations Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports.
Project Management:
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Use project management tools to track project progress and performance.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all client deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Conduct regular reviews of project outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
5+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or project management roles, with a proven track record in managing complex client relationships.
Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of client service principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
