We require field sales persons profiles to work as management trainees- Sales from Bihar & Jharkhand for different locations. Sales candidates must be ready to do shop to shop retailing & must have fire in the belly to achieve the targets. Candidates having work experiences in shop to shop retailing for food items & having grocery shops networking and capable to achieve sales target will be given preferences. Salary is not a constraining factor & best in the industry.

Participate in on-the-job training in sales.

Assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.

Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of projects.

Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes.

Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.

Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
