*Job Description*

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring all safety, environmental, and health standards are met to achieve zero accidents. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting machinery, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining equipment.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

- Ensure compliance with all Safety, Environment, and Health standards to achieve zero accidents.

- Troubleshoot machine and switchgear breakdowns, providing effective preventive maintenance services.

- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on all equipment and switchgear to ensure zero breakdowns.

- Maintain and update log sheets, breakdown registers, and other necessary parameters.

Focus on energy-saving initiatives (electricity and water consumption reduction).

- Update daily work details and defective reports to the reporting manager.

- Address client complaints promptly.

- Track daily units and water consumption and report to the manager.

Requirements*

- VRV A/C System Experience add advantage

- Minimum 1 years of experience in a relevant role.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of safety and maintenance protocols.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
