Job Description

Daily Maintaining Import Register & records and daily Follow up/tracking of import

shipments in transit.
 Daily submission of original documents to CHA/shipping lines.
 Weekly submission of Bill of entries to Finance dept. & plants
 Daily Updating of Import DSR on daily basis and filing of documents.
 Daily Checking & approval to BOE checklist.
 Weekly Follow-up for Bill of entries from CHA.
 Monthly Supplier advance pending Invoice submission.
 Daily Docs & BOE to be send to plant once RM dispatch.
 Whenever require submission of original documents along with BOE of HSS & BTB shipments
after clearance to Purchase dept.
 Whenever require E-way bill - Mahad & Taloja - sometimes Panoli & Jigani as requires.
 Whenever require preparing Indemnity Bonds of shipping line and Preparing Triple duty
Bond.
 Whenever new docs receive/daily Documents to forward to CHA.
 Daily Clearance of raw material from JNPT / Mumbai Port / Chennai Port / Bangalore Port
and Follow up, Checking, processing & submission of Bills of service providers of all locations.
 Monthly BASF data compiling & bill entries & Reconciliation of CHA outstanding.
 Daily Co-ordination with transporters and arranging movement of Import cargo to CFS/
Bond/ Warehouse/ plant
