JD :

Administer and Maintain Logic Monitor platform, including config, upgrade, and fine tune.
Develop and implement Monitoring strategies and best practices
Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports
Integrate and customize Logic Monitor with other IT systems. 
Customize monitoring templates and scripts 
Troubleshoot and support monitoring issues
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system performance
Min 5 yrs experience in Logic monitor or similar tool.

Ensuring the security and compliance of the monitoring environment, including access control, data encryption, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Maintaining detailed documentation of Logic Monitor configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing.
