We are looking for passionate and dynamic Loan Sales Officer to join our team in the loan sales sector. As a Loan Sales Officer, you will be responsible for visiting local businesses such as Kirana shops, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs),and other open market businesses to explain our loan products and process. Your main goal will be to engage with business owners, understand their needs, and provide them with customized loan solutions.
Role& responsibilities
- Visit 25-30 business customers daily, including Kirana shops, MSMEs, and other small business owners.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and educating them about loan products and processes
- Assist customers in completing loan applications by collecting relevant documents and ensuring all paperwork is in order
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct follow-up with leads to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the companies loan products, services, and market trends.
- Represent the company professionally in the local market and generate a positive brand image.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bike and License: Candidates must possess a bike and a valid driving license. (If not, they should be willing to arrange both immediately.)
- Passion for Sales: Enthusiastic about starting a career in loan sales with an interest in working in the field.
