This is a full-time on-site role for a Live chat specialist position at Assurex e-Consultant located in Kolkata. The live chat specialist position will be responsible for handling online inquiries and providing real-time support to client through live chat services/call.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Update customer records and interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Assist in developing FAQs and customer support resources
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
