· Profile – Legal Associate - Non-Litigation.

· Drafting legal documents, cover letters, motions, writing pleading, demand letters to insurance companies.

· Does a variety of tasks to support lawyers, including maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents. Also gathers and arranges evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation. Works directly with clients in a non-advising capacity, such as answering questions, scheduling appointments and making sure all court requirements are met.

· Helps lawyers get ready for trials, hearings and other legal proceedings by doing research, drafting legal documents, interviewing witnesses and preparing exhibits. Also handles administrative tasks such as filing papers and maintaining and organizing reference files.

· Help lawyers prepare for court cases by conducting relevant research. Provides research that ties in with evidence presented, case law, and even the litigation process. Has detailed knowledge of various online legal research resources.

We are an offshore unit for US-based legal firms. We execute work from India on behalf of legal firms based in the USA. The legal firms based in the USA require various services that demand creativity, knowledge of US laws, and good drafting skills. Indian Lawyers are capable of reading and understanding US laws, and we possess a strong command of the English language.
