Job Description

We are recruiting second and third year law students for long term internship within our firm. The job requires good communication skills, presentation skills and research skills. The candidate must be well versed with English Language, self motivated and must be consistent in their work.

Responsibilities

Draft procedures for handling legal matters such as conservators, estates, trusts, guardianships, levies, and subpoenas.

Review existing contracts for material information and input into contract management system.

Review existing loan documentation and security agreements and UCC filing.

Prepare checklists/customer handouts for common questions regarding procedures.
