Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting attorneys with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case files
2. Maintaining and organizing legal files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible
3. Collaborating with the legal team to prepare for trials, hearings, and client meetings
4. Conducting legal analysis and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
5. Providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
6. Assisting with client intake, including conducting interviews and collecting necessary information
7. Managing and updating the firm's database, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word
2. Strong written and spoken English skills
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
4. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
5. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
