The Landscape Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, estimating costs, and preparing bids for landscape construction projects.
Proven 1 - 2 year exp in landscape estimating in landscape construction. Strong understanding of landscape design principles, plant materials, Civil & MEP materials, and construction techniques.

Responsibilities:

Reading and interpreting plans and specifications,

Reviewing sites and gathering information and data for proposals,

Completing plan take-offs to gather information and data for proposals,

Developing estimates and proposals for landscape construction projects within an integrated software management system,

Managing bid calendar and meeting deadlines delivering accurate and detailed proposals,

Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders,

Working with Sales and Project Managers developing budgets, proposals, revisions, and value engineering options,

Providing risk assessment and feedback to the operations team as required.
