Role Overview: The L7 Product Manager is instrumental in defining the product vision, setting strategic objectives, and aligning the product roadmap with company goals. This role involves prioritizing features, conducting market research, gathering customer insights, and ensuring the product meets customer needs throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze data to guide product decisions.
Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.
Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and eventual phase-out.
Make informed decisions based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support.
Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in product management.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or user research; 2-3 years for early-stage startups.
Strong understanding of React JS, software development processes, APIs, and database management.
Experience with Agile methodologies, UX design principles, and data analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Adaptability and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO),Project Management Professional (PMP),or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect are advantageous.
