Position Overview: The L14-Chief Operating Officer will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for overseeing diverse business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

Oversee RCM Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the RCM division, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Monitor KPIs: Assess the effectiveness of RCM processes through key performance indicators.
Ensure Accuracy: Oversee timely and accurate billing, coding, collections, and reimbursements.

Process Improvement:

Identify Improvements: Determine areas for process enhancement and implement best practices.

Improve Patient Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance the patient billing experience.

Financial Oversight:
