JD:
1. Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to procure & use our devices by providing product information and delivering product demonstrations
2. Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
3. Work with sales colleagues & Marketing Leads to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
4. Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
5. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
6. Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
7. Drive sales and lead generation strategies through product introduction and the management of the product life cycle.
8. Target profit maximization and capture of market shares keeping customer delight in sight.
9. Drive the research of demands for products and services.
10. Lead market research and analyses for pointers of market variations
11. Provide directions for chalking out a viable marketing mix for strategic campaigns involving varied modes of campaigns
12. Execute promotion and advertising programs along with Marketing Leads
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (MBA is a plus)
2. 1–3 years of work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical device products
3. Working knowledge of the health care environment, as well as thorough understanding of marketing & business processes
4. Understanding of healthcare system, markets and stakeholders, and competitive dynamics
5. Familiarity with latest trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical field
6. Project management and prioritization skills
7. Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget
8. Excellent MS Office skills
9. Experience of managing team is a plus.
10. Excellent communication, negotiation, sales & soft skills
11. Strong organisational and time management skills
