Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, site visits, emailing, and social media outreach.

Schedule and attend sales meetings, events, and presentations with customers and prospects.

Support the sales team with preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

Document and track all customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.

Provide feedback and insights to the sales team regarding customer needs, preferences, and challenges.
