Responsibilities of Junior Office Assistant
Handling guest house, vehicle management and event management.
Drafting and typing letters, attending telephones and assisting visitors, managing & maintaining appointments.
Assist in day to day Admin activities.
Managing Inward / outward and Document tracking.
Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate departments.
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Respond to email and telephone inquiries professionally and promptly.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
