Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries for CEO.
Schedule and attend meetings with / on behalf of CEO, taking notes and recording minutes.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
Coordinate logistics and arrangements for internal and external meetings, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, memos, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies inventory.
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing executives in a courteous and professional manner.
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO.
