Job Description:
• Screening and direct phone calls
• Travel Management – Handle all travel itineraries of MD like domestic, international travelling, hotel booking both domestic and international
• Arranging VISA and dollar for MD travel purpose
• Handle all personal tasks like maintaining his medical files, medicines, supervising house staff, driver etc.
• Arranging all his meeting schedules and timely remind to him about meeting
• Preparing minutes of meeting Arrange appointments
• Schedule follow up appointments Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
• Prepare payments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare payment voucher, receipts, cheques).
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
• General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments Handle Cashless and Reimbursements for claims by staff.
• Check for travel details and boarding pass for necessary days for dearness allowance in travel expense claim.
• Coordination within the team for handling the Trainings conducted for staff.
• Keeping track of attendees in training session
• Preparing the training feedback form, circulating across staff and follow-up for the same Preparing MIS report every month related to office vendor payments.
• Prepare excel report regarding travel booking, petty cash report and other record keeping as required for accounting purpose.
• General admin support and other assignments Organising, arranging and coordinate meetings.
