Assist the MD in developing and executing the company's strategic plans and initiatives.
Prepare monthly, weekly and daily scheduler for MD and share whatsapp through EA Group.
Drafting and proof-reading correspondence (in and out)
Scheduling appointments and meetings, follow up on responses and attendance
Scheduling and booking travel arrangements and itineraries
Editing and formatting documents and presentations
Maintaining and organizing files and records
Processing and tracking purchase requests, invoices and submit expenses
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Conducting research and preparing reports on request
Providing support as needed, such as preparing meetings requirements, follow-up on tasks (venue, logistics, set-up, etc)
Provide additional assistance in various administrative tasks as required, including ad-hoc projects
