Job Description

 Roles and Responsibility:
Key indicators such as processes PPM\DT
Equipment Daily check sheet adherence
Kaizen execution
Execute action as per FA Analysis
Focus on predictive maintenance
Follow SOP/WI of equipment
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
Implement preventive maintenance programs.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
Assist in the installation of new equipment.
