Job Description: Junior Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior architects and project managers to assist in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, enhance your design skills, and grow within the architectural field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Support:

• Assist in creating architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models.

• Prepare presentations, renderings, and design documentation.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions.

2. Project Assistance:

• Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed plans and specifications.

• Support the coordination of design work with consultants, engineers, and contractors.

• Assist in ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

3. Documentation:

• Produce detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

4. Site Visits:

• Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and address design-related queries. • Support on-site problem-solving and documentation of project milestones.

5. Research & Innovation:

• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies.

• Conduct research on sustainable design practices and innovative building techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

• Strong design and technical drawing skills.

• Basic understanding of building codes and regulations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, or similar).
