Job Overview:
As a Junior Architect, you’ll collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop innovative architectural designs and solutions. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing concepts to life, from the initial sketches to the final renderings. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs, plans, and presentations for various projects (residential, commercial, and industrial).
- Develop and refine conceptual designs, technical drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure designs align with client needs, project goals, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, ensuring compliance with architectural plans.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting design ideas and updates as necessary.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for tendering and construction purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with architectural trends, materials, and technologies to bring new ideas to the table.
- Manage and organize project documentation and design files.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 0-2 years of architectural experience (internships count!).
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Strong creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with sustainable architecture and green building practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software like Lumion, V-Ray, or Rhino.
