Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to executives and staff.
• Act as a liaison between the company and external parties, including clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Managing logistics, and ensure events run smoothly
• Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as phone calls and emails.
• Draft and proofread internal and external communications.
• Generate reports and analyze data as required.• Prepare and manage correspondence and reports
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, inspections, and pickups
• Performing clerical and admin tasks such as receiving calls, arranging appointments and ordering workplace supplies.
• Providing backup assistance to lead the executive administrative assistant team.
