Job Description

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain ledgers and ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with tax preparation.
  • Support the budgeting process and provide financial insights.
  • Proven proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
  • Assist with other accounting projects
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
