The Junior Accountant supports the finance team by performing various accounting tasks including data entry, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

General Ledger Management:

Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger with accurate and timely entries.
Perform routine reconciliations of ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Process and record accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and payment requests.
Assist in managing accounts receivable by tracking and recording incoming payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

Financial Reporting:

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the collection and analysis of financial data to aid in financial decision-making.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Compliance and Documentation:

Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and support.

Administrative Support:
