General Ledger Management:

• Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger with accurate and timely entries.
• Perform routine reconciliations of ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process and record accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable by tracking and recording incoming payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

Financial Reporting:

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the collection and analysis of financial data to aid in financial decision-making.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and general ledger accounts.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and support.

Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
• Assist in other accounting-related tasks as required.
