Job Description

This job is for purely for the freshers.

The location is in Bommasandra Industrial Estate.

Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering is required.

Locality of Karnataka will be consider on priority.

Understanding customer requirements, analyzing them, and identifying GAPs if any

Ability to understand/explore application functionalities and new products in line with customer needs.

Provide clear and effective solutions to customer problems.

Should be able to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation. If needed, liaise with several internal departments to resolve the issue.

Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
