Function: Network Monitoring/Operations

Location: Pune

Areas of Responsibility

Network Monitoring: Monitor IP, TX, and Voice networks.
Call Logging: Log calls on relevant platforms.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot L1 and L2 network outages and user connectivity issues post-deployment.
Incident Analysis: Conduct first-line analysis of incidents and restore services.
Event Tracking: Track and escalate events to relevant support services.
Call Forwarding: Forward calls to the appropriate Field Support Team.
Proactive Problem Identification: Identify potential problems and provide first-line incident troubleshooting.
Client Communication: Contact clients to resolve problems and proactively inform them about incidents through monitoring.

Education & Technical / Professional Certificates
