An IT trainer, teaches members of an organization about software, equipment and computer usage. These professionals typically conduct employee training courses and evaluate a team's current understanding of IT systems to identify additional information they may require.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive IT training programs.
Assess and address the learning needs of students.
Create engaging and interactive course materials.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Incorporate new technologies and tools into training programs.
Offer one-on-one support and mentoring to students as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Previous experience as an IT trainer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development.
Certifications such as CompTIA CTT+ are a plus.
