Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2 years of expertise in domestic recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent for various roles across our clients in India. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms to source qualified candidates for IT roles
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit based on job requirements, technical skills, and cultural alignment.
Candidate Management: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and assistance.
Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Database Management: Maintain an updated candidate database and manage applicant tracking systems efficiently.
Offer Negotiation: Support offer rollouts and negotiations between candidates and clients, ensuring alignment with company compensation policies.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends in the IT industry, including salary benchmarks and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically for domestic markets.
Knowledge of IT Roles: Familiarity with technical roles like software developers, data analysts, IT support, DevOps, etc.
Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other job portals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate compensation and other employment terms.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple job openings at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in ATS: Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage the recruitment process.
