Job Location- Noida sector 3 (WFO)
Interview Mode- Face to Face (Timing- 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM)

Job Description :-
 Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, in-house database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates

 Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions

 Handling existing clients and their current job openings

 Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies

 Finding new sources for searching unique candidates is one of the key role that should be mentioned in all IT recruiter job descriptions.

 Business development through identification of new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements

 Handing paperwork for candidates after selection

 Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position

 Forecasting recruitment budget

 Excellent communication skills

 Must have good understanding of all technologies and technical skills
