Position Summary:The IT Executive plays a crucial role in managing and directing the organization's information technology operations. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing IT policies, ensuring the stability of IT systems, overseeing technical projects, and leading the IT team to provide seamless support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Identify and recommend new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective IT operations.
- Oversee technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Project Management
- Lead and manage IT projects, including systems updates, hardware installations, and network upgrades.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their technology needs and plan accordingly.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
IT Infrastructure and Operations
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all IT systems, networks, and applications.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Oversee software licensing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
Cybersecurity and Risk Management

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in IT management, with at least 0-3 years in a leadership role.

- Expertise in project management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
