Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven international salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our coir-based products such as coco peat blocks, grow bags, and customized blends for agriculture and horticulture applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify potential clients in industries such as horticulture, floriculture, agriculture, berries markets, and cannabis cultivation.
• Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and trade shows, to connect with prospects.
• Sales and Client Relationship Management.
• Present and promote Green ScienX’s coir products to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products from our portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to address client needs.
