Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven international salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales of our coir-based products such as coco peat blocks, grow bags, and customized blends for agriculture and horticulture applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients in industries such as horticulture, floriculture, agriculture, berries markets, and cannabis cultivation.
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, industry directories, and trade shows, to connect with prospects.
- Sales and Client Relationship Management.
- Present and promote Green ScienX’s coir products to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products from our portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to address client needs.
