Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their career goals, work history, skills, and achievements. Conduct detailed consultations to gather necessary information for resume development.
Resume/CV Writing: Create professional, ATS-friendly (Applicant Tracking System) resumes and CVs tailored to the Australian job market, ensuring they reflect industry-specific terminology, formats, and standards.
Industry Research: Stay updated on Australian job market trends, industry-specific keywords, and employer expectations to ensure the effectiveness of the resumes.
Cover Letters and LinkedIn Profiles: Write compelling cover letters and optimize LinkedIn profiles to complement the resumes and enhance clients' job search strategies.
Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit all documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and error-free content.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a professional CV/Resume Writer, preferably with a focus on the Australian job market. Strong understanding of the Australian employment landscape, including industry-specific requirements, resume formats, and employer expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Proficiency in using resume writing tools and software. 

Familiarity with ATS systems and how to optimize resumes for them.
