TTEC is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as International Chat Customer Support Representative.
In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our global clientele through various chat platforms, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Chat Support:Engage with customers via chat platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and professional assistance.
2. Customer Assistance:Assist customers with product information, order placement, account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.
3. Problem Resolution:Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
4. Communication:Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and understanding. o Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
5. Multilingual Support:Utilize your language skills to support customers from different regions, ensuring effective communication and cultural sensitivity.
6. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions required.
7. Product Knowledge:Stay updated on product features, updates, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
8. Continuous Improvement:o Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer support experience.
Qualifications: Excellent written communication skills in English and/or additional languages.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
Experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required for freshers.
Familiarity with chat support platforms and tools is a plus.
