Job Description

Providing product information, pitching skills to achieve sales targets.

Upselling and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Adhere to quality standards and call center metrics

Follow company policies and procedures

Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Min. 6 months of experience in International BPO or the US automotive industry is a plus.

Must be comfortable working in night shifts.

Training will be provided.
