Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (Night Shift)

Job Location: Bangalore

Shift Timings: Night Shift (U.S./U.K./Australia time zones depending on process)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers, providing information, support, and solutions related to products/services.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer accounts, billing, product functionality, and other inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Accurately document and update records in the CRM system after every interaction.
• Meet or exceed established key performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and service updates.
• Work in a night shift to cater to international clients (primarily from U.S./U.K./Australia).

• Education: Minimum qualification is a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or U.S./U.K./Australian accent.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations and solve customer issues effectively.
• Availability: Must be available for night shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
