3. Quotation and Order Management:
o Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers.
o Proactively follow up on quotations to convert them into orders.
o Accurately enter sales orders into the system for processing.
4. Material and Dispatch Coordination:
o Work with the sales manager to plan material requirements for
customer orders.
o Track and follow up on dispatch schedules with Production Planning to
ensure timely deliveries.
o Share dispatch details with customers promptly.
5. Payment and Accounts Coordination:
o Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
6. Material Planning:
o Coordinate with Purchase and Warehouse teams to plan material
requirements. Ensure material availability to prevent any delivery
delays to customers. Optimize inventory management to balance stock
levels and timely replenishment.
