Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the on-site execution and coordination of interior design projects, ensuring that project plans and specifications are followed precisely. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about interior design and construction, looking to gain hands-on experience in site management and interior fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

Site Coordination: Assist in coordinating daily activities at the site, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource utilization.
Project Supervision: Monitor work progress and quality at the site as per the design and specification, reporting any deviations to the Project Manager.
Material Management: Track and manage materials on-site, verifying quality and quantity against project requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all works are executed with strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other on-site personnel to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, documenting work progress, manpower, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all workers and personnel.
Problem-Solving: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during project execution.
