We are seeking a talented and passionate Interior Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to contribute to our diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to create inspiring design concepts that meet our clients' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts to clients, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure cohesive project development.
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and color palettes.
• Create detailed interior design plans, including layouts, elevations, and construction documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure design intent is achieved.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations to provide cutting-edge design solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional interior design experience.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional creativity and artistic ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with sustainable design practices and materials.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max or VRay.
• Membership in a professional interior design organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA).
